Information we collect

When you request a field kit, Project Cynic collects your email address, the audience lane you selected, and your first name if you choose to provide it. We also record page visits and clicks, including the page, link or button label, destination, referral source, campaign tags, timestamp, and a random session identifier. We do not record typed form contents as click analytics.

Service providers

Project Cynic may use specialized providers for hosting, payment processing, course delivery, email, analytics, and certificate generation. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and only for the services they provide. Project Cynic does not sell personal information.

Retention and course records

Purchase, completion, evaluation, and certificate records may be retained for the period reasonably needed to support professional continuing-education verification, tax obligations, disputes, and legal requirements. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to records Project Cynic must retain for legal, financial, security, or continuing-education documentation purposes.
